Lydia Cole is an award-nominated songwriter and performer from New Zealand, now based in Berlin.
After ten years spent writing, recording and touring in New Zealand and Australia, Lydia left her management,
crowd-funded an album, and relocated to Europe to spread the quiet warmth of her music.
Two years in Europe has seen Lydia connect with new audiences at concerts in Switzerland, Denmark, Spain,
Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Ireland, and the UK.
Inspired to the task of translating emotion into song, Lydia touches hearts by the purity in her voice, intimate lyrics, and
flawless live performances. This ability has enabled her to support prominent acts such as Ed Sheeran (UK), M. Ward
(US), José González (SE), Diana Krall (CA), Brooke Fraser (NZ), The Paper Kites (AU), The Weather Station (CA), Stu
Larsen (AU), Paul Kelly (AU), Luke Thompson (NZ), Gretta Ray (AU), and Douglas Firs (BE).
